One excellent moment was when the staff member Zakaria greeted us like old friends, he really made us feel important and valued. Every time we called for assistance, Zakaria was there, with a smile, addressing our needs professionally and quickly.

It wasn’t cheap, but for what we experienced, I’d say it was still acceptable.
